conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website
at www.pdbjewelry.com. By accessing
this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
Product Care
After each wear, gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box.
Please handle your pure dead brilliant piece with care. Silver, gold vermeil and brass pieces should be cleaned with special jewelry cleaning cloths available from most jewellers. Our pieces are meant to be worn day in day out and cleaning them on a regular basis will ensure you'll keep it fresh for years to come.
Return Policy
www.pdbjewelry.com will accept items for store credit only within 14 days of
purchase. Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return
is processed, you will receive a pdbjewelry.com credit via email. Please
note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received
as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
Please note that
sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Repair Policy
We will repair any piece purchased through pdbjewelry.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email repairs@pdbjewelry.com. If you would like to repair your piece less than one year after purchase it is free, after one year the customer will be subject to a $40 repair fee.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards through our secure server (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club International). We take all precautions to make sure our site is 100% secure. All credit card transactions are processed through Citibank FirstData, a secure trading online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.
PDB Jewelry does not hold any of your credit card details, however except for negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from this website.
For overseas customers, the price charged to the customer will be the exchange rate from the credit or debit card company.
Shipping
All online purchases are shipped via FedEx Ground (USA) or USPS International Express (International Orders). US customers may upgrade to FedEX 2 Day for an additional cost. For your security, a signature is required upon delivery. Additionally, purchases may not be shipped to a P.O. box.
You may track the status of your shipment by using the tracking number sent to
you via email at the time your order is shipped.
Packaging
Your jewelry will be sent to you in a pure dead brilliant fleece bag. If you would like we can gift wrap your item for you in a pure dead brilliant box. Just email us with your request to info@pdbjewelry.com
